The 18-24 Diesel log processor comes standard with a 74HP Hatz diesel engine and 33-22-14 GPM triple hydraulic pump, making this machine a great choice for the firewood producer who requires production day in and day out.
  • The 18-24 Diesel is one of the fastest processors in its class, capable of producing up to 5 cords of firewood per hour from logs wide as 24" in diameter.
  • The 18-24 Diesel firewood processor comes standard with a 3-strand live log deck, easily raised and lowered hydraulically with a lever on the operator control panel.
  • The integrated conveyor swings 3ft left and right, allowing the operator to easily load firewood into a trailer or truck box (even with high sides). The hydraulic saw bar, log clamp, live log deck, and log in-feed trough are all all joystick controlled for ease of use.
  • The 18-24 Diesel comes equipped with 4-way splitting wedge (can be raised and lowered at the push of a lever), electric autocycle, 70 gallon hydraulic tank, and regeneration valve.

Enhanced Traction

The 18-24 log processor features an hourglass-shaped back roller that feeds logs toward the top roll clamping system. The teeth on the back roller engage logs and can move them forward or backward for adjustments, so operators can position forward-moving logs for a clean and quick cut. This system allows the operator to process logs longer than 32' and as wide as 24" in diameter.
